 Good people... Great horses!
A ranch in the rugged, picturesque Cypress Hills of southwestern Saskatchewan is home to William and Donna Beierbach... and 1Y Quarter Horses.
A young couple, both of whom come from ranching backgrounds, the Beierbachs strive to produce quality livestock - whether it be Quarter Horses or Black Angus Cattle.
 "We take great pride in our livestock and what we produce. We always try to 'breed up' and improve upon our existing herds.The horses that we raise, train, breed and sell are the same type we use for ourselves in the arena and around the ranch. Many of the horses are used in our everyday ranch operation - which exposes them to real work and 'life experience'."

Rubber boots & spurs...That about sums it up... We've had a very wet spring here to say the least. The grass looks great & the dugouts are full but seeding still isn't finished! Seems you've got to take the good with the bad sometimes. (... details)
Kate Maysa Beierbach was born April 22, 2010 at 3:05 a.m. She weighed in at 7 lbs, 1 oz and was 18.7" long.
